I’m currently offering private online piano lessons via Zoom for intermediate and advanced students who are passionate about classical music.
My lessons blend the best of two contrasting worlds—Japan and the Netherlands. Having lived half my life in each country, I’ve embraced Japan’s rich musical traditions, with their precision, sensitivity, attention to detail, their focus on form, and their structured approach to learning. At the same time, I’ve absorbed the open-minded creativity and progressive spirit of my home country, the Netherlands—a culture that values modesty and directness, honesty and transparency, practicality, and a no-nonsense approach to problem-solving.
These diverse influences shape my teaching style: structured yet flexible, focused yet fun.

All lessons are conducted online via Zoom, making it easy and flexible to fit into your schedule.
Sessions can be arranged as a one-time consultation or on a more regular basis — such as once or twice a month — depending on your needs and goals.
Lessons can be given in: Dutch, Japanese or English
